Overview: My best week of trading to date. I traded well, I traded methodically, I did my due diligence up front and went into each trading day with systematic awareness & sufficient mental capital reserves as a result. I feel fortunate that I was rewarded with a positive equity curve. The test of my improvement as a technician & trader will be when I’m doing everything correctly & walk away with negative equity curves, which is bound to happen. I must continue refining the systems that have led me to this point, my game planning systems in particular. I must begin executing weekly game plans, perhaps even monthly game plans based on sector movement, or earnings, or some other catalyst. This was my first week truly piloting the grander trading vehicle I’ve created with this site, my data journals, & my game planning systems. As I become more comfortable & proficient in piloting this machine I will be able to execute more rapidly, with with less upfront effort.

Overview: Great week & first real week implementing all systems to trade & executing on them. Completed thorough, systematic game plans for both trade days; intense amount of prep work but on execution it all served me well and I was able to have what I consider to be my best week of trading to date. My trading was as mechanical as it’s ever been, and while there is still much to refine & improve, this was a benchmark of my effort to date and a win for the week, with the added bonus of being green, not just well done. After both days of trading, I compiled all data & reviewed each trading day thoroughly, then dedicated the remainder of the week to catching up on studying I’ve been putting off. Got totally up to date with Rama videos, began catching up with OptionHub videos, still have quite a few to catch up on. Discovered Francis Hunt, UK Spreadbetting trader who resonated with my learning style & trading style incredibly well. Serves as another mentor & north star of expertise.
